2011-2012 OCSOA Game Misconduct Report

This form must be completed when a player or team personnel has been shown a red card and ejected from the field. The results of the form will be submitted to OCSOA's designated CIF liaison for further action and reporting to CIF. For the 2011-2012 Season, the requirements on which officials need to submit the report have changed. On lower level games the referee who gives the red card must submit the report. The second ref may also be asked to submit a report. On varsity game, all referees involved must submit a report. Remember, these reports go to the CIF and to the schools.
