Three attachments are now posted on this page for download:

The first, is the Playoff Overtime Procedures. This is a PDF file flowchart that you should print and carry with you to the playoff games to ensure you follow the correct procedure. You can show the document to the coaches if necessary to help them understand the procedures.

The second is an excerpt from the 2010-2011 Rules Handbook (still applicable for the 2011-2012 season) that discusses the proper way to handle the cautioning a player during the Penalty Kick phase at the end of a tied playoff game. The information in this rule may be different than what you thought, and it is important that you read this.

The final item is the CIF Southern Section Play-off Bulletin for 2011-2012.
